Shipping & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at lorettalynn.com. Following are terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. We will ship your order to the shipping address you submit with your order. Orders generally ship out within 24 hours of the order being placed. If an order is placed after Noon on Friday or over the weekend, the order will ship the following Monday. Orders are shipped Ground Delivery to the destination so shipping time will vary. During peak selling seasons, such as holidays, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. You can always call the Ranch to inquire further about your order. Shipping rates for your order will be calculated at checkout. In most cases, shipping will be via USPS, FedEx, or UPS Standard. Rushed shipping is not available to all addresses. Overnight shipping is only available to addresses within the continental United States. We currently do not ship outside the U.S. To request international shipping please call the Ranch.

We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes. Delivery delays can occur and may be out of our control.

Loretta Lynn’s Ranch is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final and we are not able to accept returns, nor can we issue refunds on internet orders.

If you receive the wrong order or an item differently than ordered please email the Ranch (insert an email address) with your order number and a picture of the items your received. You will be contacted by customer service to resolve the matter. In the case of an error by the Ranch, we will work with you to replace or refund your item. If a refund is issued it will be issued in the same form of payment received. Shipping charges are not refundable.
